Limitations
- Works for cars on Dutch plates only. The Dutch register is searched by plate, not by VIN.
- The odometer verdict is a yes-or-no judgement; the individual readings are not published.
- If no car is registered under the plate, the wallet charge is restored.
Individual vehicle records, not a comprehensive accident, title or ownership report. Missing records do not prove a clean history.
